Inspired by my time skimming across the surface of the deep blue ocean. Clear clean smooth soft water envelopes me below, silvery white sky reflections dance upon the surface above. This particular day we paddled out to scatter the ashes of our beloved Golden Retriever, "Maybe." What a blessing it was to be hugged and touched by this beautiful liquid, all the while experiencing the pain and sorrow of losing our beautiful girl. The pleasure and the pain side by side existing in the same moment. What a glorious gift it is to feel all of it, and to be alive. Breathe in breathe out. This moment is all we have, however it shows up. How do we meet it?
