Inspired by a bay in Alaska, this is a composition I chose to focus on inspired by another painting of mine, entitled "Morning Mist Drifting Through the Trees." I liked the brushstrokes in the forest, and the color palette in the original painting so much, I decided to repaint this detail of the landscape as its own original.
