There are moments in life when we find ourselves at a standstill, faced with what feels like an insurmountable barrier. Crossing the chasm that holds us back can seem daunting, even impossible. This painting represents the inward journey to discover the bridge that leads us to the side of ourselves where new adventures await, where fresh ways of being are created, and where our spirit can thrive in the light of our courage.
In the darkness, the light may be faint, obscured by layers of pain, hurt, and suffering. But it is always there, flickering beneath the shroud of blackness, yearning to emerge, to be seen, to break free from its prison and fully embody the essence of who we are—and who we have always been. Can we take the first step onto the bridge that leads to the light of our dharma, our purpose? The bridge that brings us back to our true selves, to our authentic nature.
It may feel precarious at times, but we need only trust in that first step, feel the solidity beneath our feet. One step at a time. And often, once we cross that bridge, the light and joy on the other side are beyond anything we imagined. We come home to ourselves, to a place we never thought possible from where we started. Can we allow our light to shine?
